Dear All,

I am doing a mapping exercise of expertise available within India on Essential Medicines (EM) and Rational Use of Drugs (RUD). The objective is to have a database of professionals and experts who will be interested in participating in activities related to EM & RUD, from all states of India.

Please fill up this form and email it with the subject heading “Mapping of professionals in EM & RUD†to me (batmanabaneg@... ) with a copy to Ms. Naina Sethi (sethin@...). If you have any published material (related to EM & RUD) in the form of reports, papers published (indexed and non-indexed journals), concept notes, curricula, newsletters etc., please send a soft

copy (along with the filled up form). It would form a useful database when we want to prepare a review, concept note or plan any activity, within the country or region.

Any professional with an active interest in EM & RUD can fill up this form and send it. Enter your information only within the cells in the table provided and do not change the order or the table in any way. Please forward it to anyone (or post in e-groups) who may be interested in sending their work, whatever their specialization. This means, pharmacists, nurses, clinicians, health activists, medical journalists – anyone can fill up the form. The only eligibility is that they should be residing (working) in India at this point of time and have done some activity related to EM & RUD.

If you want any clarification, please mail me or call (+91 98182 83292). Those without easy access to email or internet may print the form fill it up, and send a hard copy to:
