You shouldn't be focusing on calories :) You should be focusing on getting

the correct portion sizes. If you do that, your calories will vary from day

to day anyway. But, yes, if you feel the need to track grams 20-30 is right

for protein and carbs. And, with calories, I would say that the minimum you

should be getting is 1450 a day which is about 8 times your current weight.

Roughly you should be/could be eating a bit more than that..you can

do some quick math here: http://www.geocities.com/jgrrl2/howmuch.html

Again check out the previous link..BFL is considered 'lowfat' way of

eating so no more than 20% of your daily foods should come from fats

(its usually about 4-6 grams of fat at each of your 5-6 meals then)

Lots of stuff..check out under my recipe section for BFL cheesecakes,

protein pancakes, blender shakes, etc or even just try adding it to

your already cooked oatmeal (make it up first in a shaker and pour it

over is what I do with it) but anyways more recipes here:

they will loose their effectiveness over time. If they are over a year old, if

it was me I would toss them.

I am wondering how long nutrients stay good for? I unpacked a box today

that had been in storage and inside were expensive bottles (opened) of

nutrients.

Some were several years old.

Is it possible that they are still effective? Should I toss them out or use

them? Your comments are greatly appreciated.
