Guest guest Posted June 8, 2005 Report Share Posted June 8, 2005 I enjoyed reading Al 's article, all three times. I enjoy reading the painstaking efforts people put into their CRON efforts. I enjoy reading them as I am not very good at CRON, or the specifics involved. I do try, but am a bit inconsistent. I do listen to the folks I work with, and they are always geared up for the next great supplement that will do all sorts of wonders to their bodies. Most of the time, if I read the posts here, someone will come in with some good information about the product. I thank the listers for that. Being level headed. I am 6'3 " tall, weigh in at 230, with a BMI that floats around 30%. I lift weights, have a crappy long night schedule, that really promotes snacking on very nasty machine foods. My family has fairly good DNA, with my pop easing out at 80 after some bruscillosis caused strokes from unpasturized milk. Mom went at 78 from lung cancer after a lifetime of smoking. She knew it was bad for her, so she didn't sue anyone. No doubt their lives would have been different if they had been involved with such a divergent group as we have here. Thanks to everyone for putting forth what you feel is good, what you know is good, and offering advice to any that ask for it. Again, I'm not very good at all of this, but when I walk to a machine, I often times will hear your voices screaming at me " Don, don't do it, " and I often don't. While I'll never be 170 pounds, eventhough some of the nasty folks I have to deal with would love for me to drop 60 pounds, I do live a slightly better life, nutritionally, partly because of the information all of you folks so freely put forth.
