When to Consider Clinical Trials?

In a nutshell:

* no cure yet

* relapse rate is high (for aggressive lymphoma)

* standard therapy is too toxic for me

* sometimes while in watch and wait

* I have refractory or high-risk disease

* there's no standard of care
