Thank you for all of your support and for sharing me your experiences.

It made me realize what my consequences are. However, I am willing to

take that path and to see it on my own eyes. I just hope I will not

regret it like the others. Wish me luck. I will let you know how it

went.

Hi !

Surgery will most likely be a breeze... it is for most people. Two

in my family have had it and had NO problems (directly) with their

gb's. They rarely suffer any indegestion problems.

Unfortunately, both a quite heavy and the rest of the family is not.

The assumption that taking out the gb solves all the problems is

incorrect. The reason the gb is in pain is that your body is telling

you something is wrong with the fuel you are putting in your body.

IF you heed the advice of eating right, lots of fresh organic fruits

and vegies, regularly take EFA's (flax seed oil) and lecithin, and

only occaisionally eat dairy products.... you should have NO problems

after surgery!

Good Luck in removing the bad part... but remember that your body

needs good fuels so that other parts (liver, kidneys) do not get

clogged!

Dear Carol,

I just wanted to speak to you, so close to surgery, this shock with must be hitting you really hard. I'm reading all this at three a.m( can't sleep once again) and realized when I was talking about West Coast members I left you out, I'm so sorry. This must be such a shock for all of you out there, who have talked and met, I felt I knew her through all the messages she's sent, but you guys must be feeling it really profoundly. I just wanted to touch bases with you, this is a emotional time getting ready for surgery, and to add this I just wanted to make sure you are okay. If you need someone to talk to, e-mail me your number personally and I'll call. .Kirkaldie@...

Carol,

I know you are in the last days of preparing for surgery and news of

's passing may make it difficult to stay calm and centered in the

days ahead. Please don't try to " do it all " ...the laundry will get

itself done, the chores can wait. Enjoy your family and friends and try

to relax. Remember that tension (either about cleaning the rugs or

upcoming surgery) will increase your pain levels.

I know we will all be anxiously waiting to hear how things have gone on

Tuesday and we will all be sending you our prayers and wishes for a

very good outcome.

Peace, Cam

I will be thinking of you on Tuesday and looking forward to hearing how

it goes. I will probably not be thinking of you on the second date,

though! I hope that one goes well, too, but that is the date of my

first stage, and I have to be to the hospital by 5:30 AM.

Wishing you all the best and keeping you in my prayers.
