I did my flush last night.

I had a glass of Epsom salt solution at about 9pm then I took what totalled to

be 8oz of cold pressed olive oil mixed

with 12 oz of fresh squeezed grapefruit over an hour period starting at 11pm

and went to sleep at midnite.

The mixture didn't taste that bad at all and I slept pretty well (no pain at

all) only waking a few times listening to

my insides gurgling away. When I woke up this morning I had no urge to go to the

can so I drank

two glasses of water with 1/2 a lemon. No movement yet and now it's about 2 pm

in the afternoon.

Now I'm wondering how long do I wait before something happens? Should I try and

flush again tonight

if there's no stones? Any suggestions? Patiently waiting.

Flush update!

I finally passed about 25 green pea sized stones, some tan ones, a lot

of chaff and a really ugly

large black stone about 2cm. I feel great with no after effects

Awesome Ken! So that black one must be a calcified one? That is incredible,

2 cm.

KEN, I wanted to make sure that you did NOT Eat to much right away...I

DID, OOPS

It gave a feeling of Electrolyte Imbalance...I was only comfortable drinking

water.

Stick to soups and Light Veggies for a day or so...let your body recover...
