Guest guest
Dear Brasie, First thing you should do is read all the testimonials from the gallstones group - web address found at the bottom of this letter. What causes gallstones is processed foods like sugar, white flour, pasteurised dairy foods and processed oils. If you substitute all these processed foods for the real thing then you will not make your gallstones grow any larger. The real thing being unrefined raw sugar or unprocessed honey, wholemeal stoneground flour, unpasteurised dairy foods, and unprocessed cold pressed oil. Alcohol has a lot of processed sugar in it, and as it is a toxin and your liver is trying to operate with all these blobs of fat clogging it up then I think it would be putting it under a lot of strain if you were to partake of it. To diminish the gallstones, once you have changed your diet to a natural, unprocessed one would be to drink Horsetail Tea to break down the calcium in the gallstones (from the processed dairy foods), and to take a spoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice with cold pressed flax or olive oil every morning on an empty stomach. Take this whenever you feel the urge. And keep your oils in the fridge. As for bloating I don't know the answer, but this is one of the symptoms of internal parasite infestation of which can by avoided by first cleansing them with herbs as found in Hulda e's book "A Cure for all Diseases" and then avoiding solvents in cleaners, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toothpastes. I use coconut based shampoo & conditioner, grain alcohol home made house cleaners, natural soap from the health shop and bicarb soda for my toothpaste. ----- Original Message ----- From: brasie4o@... gallstones Sent: Friday, May 04, 2001 4:39 AM Subject: A big Gallstone Just found out i have a massive gallstone, can anyone reccomend what not to eat and whats best to eat. i.e. is alcohol safe? Also does anyone know whats the best cure for being bloated all the time?Collected testimonials:http:///messages/gallstones-testimonialsYou are receiving this email because you elected to subscribe to the Gallstones group on 's groups.
