Greetings

Reading these posts for weeks before joining, I might have continued to read

only but felt compelled to write. For myself, I have concluded several

things. First start slowly in one area only and building on that area

increase your steps until you are at your goal. For me that began with

WATER. Boil your water. My bottled water company is " researching " their

sanitation method to let me know if they use " prop " (rubbing alcohol).

Sub-standard water equals sub-standard results. How is yours?

Bill, I became a fan of castor oil through Edgar Cayce, who, you may

already know as " The Sleeping Prophet " . No? You might be interested in

reading what he has to say about castor oil packs plus, find many

interesting, helpful tips. Any search engine will keep you busy for a

while. Should you do so; I would be interested in your feedback.

TG and gm, besides making sure your water is good have both of you done

the parasite cleanse? Perhaps, you might consider one of the various fasts

and another cleanse. I believe my reading has revealed a need to add one

other ingredient for tapeworm...a large dose of CQ10? Am not at all sure so

recheck and have no idea what a large dose of CQ10 is based on... . I

sincerely hope you find relief. Both of you seem to have done many gb

cleanses...what is the timeline of these cleansings and is it usual to do

that many?

I continue to amass the necessary components to do my first parasite

cleanse. Moving onto the gb/liver after that and would appreciate some

clarification as to the use of enemas. Specifically, during/after fast and

parasite regime? During and or after gb/liver cleanse?

I have deeply appreciated reading each posting and marvel at your

determination to share.
