You should not jump to the conclusion that eating chili peppers is

equivalent to " capsaicin treatment " . The teatments aimed at reducing

chronic pain use creams with approximately 0.075% capsaicin! That is

like rubbing habanero peppers on your skin.

All things in good measure.
