Thanks Ken for the info. Actually awhile back my Alternative Dr picked up

that it was my Thyroid but my liver was showing higher on the list and

then when I had that Attack from H*** that led to surgery we just

concentrated on getting me well again from the infection I must have

picked up from the Hospital.

Anyway. My Husband has been out of work since Thanksgiving and so our

Alternative Dr. Has been trying to make do with as little as possibe till

we have work again. No insurance and most don't cover this anyway.

That didn't sound right. He's trying to help us out as much as possible

with our limited income. But because visits do cost we've had to put the

off for now. He also said that the surgery I experienced was very

traumatic to my body and I picked up things from the hospital and was

quite sick afterwards. I'm also still nursing a baby and taking care of

two very active youngsters. So some of the tiredness is Motherhood. We're

usually the last to sleep.

I have noticed that I've been off Caffeine and soda Pop since the surgery

in October and in the past I had to have a huge Dr. Pepper to cope when

I'm this tired but I've managed to survive without them. I think my body

is slowly reparing it's self.

We don't eat a lot of bread and I've tried going with just fruit but it

makes me very light headed and dizzy. I feel best when I have light meals

that have a large garden salad so I think veggies work really well for

me.

I've also noticed that I've seem to be very tired since I had an MMR and

Tetnus shot when I was 21. I was raised without vaccines but a Dr. Scared

me into it with some story. I've later learned that Chronic fatigue is

one of the side effects of the MMR in women.

But when it all comes down to it it's still the liver because the toxins

of the vaccines get stored into the liver.

One thing I do like about the stuff from my alternative Dr is that it's

not ment to replace anything but to help rebuild and repair the body so

that the body can function the way it's meant to.

Thanks to all for their thoughts on the subject.

Probably the number one relief from it would be enough sleep and some

exercise(other than chasing kids).

Thanks

Diane
