Guest guest
Thanks perfect timing since my new insurance company just sent me a letter checking to see if I had previous insurance since I have a pre-existing condition. Just replace the 'ca' with your state's two letter abbreviation. BTW, the information for each state seems quite similar in some areas (COBRA, etc.). I assume this is because federal law would, of course, prevail in all states, supplanting state law. But there are individual differences between states. --------------------------------- Access over 1 million songs - Music Unlimited. Guest guest
One other resource (depending upon the structure of your state Government) is the " Insurance Commissioner " . Some states have " assigned risk " which is available to people that cannot get insurance. These cases are assigned to insurance companies operating in the state. That's the good news. The premiums can be stratospheric, but it is an alternative worth looking into if no other options exist. Mark " S.
