Guest guest
Sorry that I have not been part of the group as much as I would like... Just a brief update on my gb adventure... I had 6 attacks over a 1 1/2 year period of time. After the third attack I started flushing regularly. I am comming the to following conclusions: I feel best 1-4 months after a flush. The first month after some flushes, especially mini-flushes, I have had gb pain under the right rib cage and back. Then I feel great... eat most everything I want in moderation, avoid dairy and fried foods. I take organic flaxseed oil and grandular Lecethin each morning, and bile slats. I figure that these are the three key ingredients to keeping the sludge from forming. I have now had a number of 3-9 month periods that have been fantastic. I am now in the middle of another good run. When I start to get acid indegestion I know it is time to flush again. So far it has been 9 months sice my last attack and I believe that I am on the right track to re-creating a healthy gb. Good luck to all of you and I hope that my experiences are some help to those that are hoping for better days! ken a Formerly Kalexan328@... before
