Guest guest
Ken, What thyroid supplements did your daughter take? Thanks in advance, Ben Ken wrote - Being tired and sluglish probably has more to do with thyroid problems than anything else. The stats say that a huge number of women have thyroid problems, many of which Doctors won't treat.Experience with my daughter tells me that whenever you have longterm tiredness you should suspect a poorly functioning thyroid. Any health/vitamin store will have supplements that will help tremendously. My daughter started taking Thyroid supplements and in one week turned completely around. She stopped a month later and found that she sunk back into her tireness. Now she is back on the suplements and finds tremendous energy. Guest guest
Hi Ben... The supplements she takes are called: Thyroid & L-Tyrosine Complex by EnzymaticTherapy I fully agree with with all that is said about the liver being the key to healthy glands... For most who feel sluggish... it is worthwhile to try Thyroid supplements for a month to see if it produces energy... If it does... they need to work even harder on developing a healthy liver, but at least they will feel like they are alive while doing it! ken
