"My cholesterol was high enough that my doctor warned that if it got any higher we would have to consider my going on medication. But before that, he suggested that I try taking red yeast rice. So I began taking 2400 mg of Pro Health's product which also contains CoQ10. Six months later after my next blood test, my cholesterol had dropped dramatically.
