Guest guest
Hi Ben, I wake up in the morning, and the first thing I always have on an empty stomach is either a tablespoon full of lemon juice and cold pressed flax or olive oil or a pot of Horsetail Tea. I'm still experimenting with how much to take of the oil and lemon juice amounts, but I have been taking a dose in the morning and then just spoons of it throughout the day as I feel like it. I've probably been taking about 3 - 4 spoons. I did an experiment on myself yesterday in that I squeezed the juice of a whole lemon into a cup and added about half as much olive oil to that and drank that. After that I didn't feel like having any more. My guess is that it all helps in whatever dose you have it! What I have found a relief to find out is that these small doses seem to relieve the pain of sharp stones 'passing through' or sticking into me when that happens, which is a lot less often now. le. ----- Original Message ----- From: Ben Simonton gallstones Sent: Tuesday, May 08, 2001 12:05 AM Subject: Dissolving stones le, you wrote - Since then I have also 'discovered' that taking tablespoon full's of lemon juice and cold pressed olive oil throughout the day definitely seems to be dissolving the stones, as I can eat a lot more in one sitting, without discomfort than I used to be able to. How much cold pressed olive oil and how many tbps of lemon juice do you take in a day spread into how many doses?
