Guest guest
Hi, Michi -- Everything is fine, but I have been a little slow to respond and to approve posts for posting. This is because I am working on a blog and potential website. Everyone will be able to visit my blog, but the new Feisty website is still a big unknown. I need to make sure there is sufficient interest, and the best way to do this is to wait and see whether more people decide to subscribe. For $10 a year, you get premium Feisty content plus a new private email address at the new domain, using any name you want. Some group members have left -- this kind of thing happens from time to time at most big and lively groups, as others have pointed out -- and I trust they are happier at their own scoliosis groups. It's good that we now have a wider choice of scoliosis/flatback boards on the web, and I am always happy when a new one starts up -- the more the merrier, and the more people communicating about our problems, the better chance we have of eventually educating third-party payers, doctors, Social Security, et al. I also think it is a good idea to have regional groups or other smaller special-interest groups for small groups of friends who like to talk to each other. Otherwise, people sometimes end up feeling ignored or forgotten at a big group like this -- through no one's fault, but it is a recurring complaint I get here. Anyway . . . thanks for writing. Back to my blogging! P.S. Of course if you can't afford the $10 -- which you can send to me via snail mail or Paypal -- just write and ask for an exemption. I will not exclude anyone from the new website because of inability to pay. I kind of hope I get the additional interest I am hoping for in this website, because I plan to offer some very exciting and different new content -- one " exclusive first " will be 's fascinating and sometimes hair-raising but ultimately very uplifting memoir, currently being edited. it is a page-turner! -- or maybe I should say " a screen chchanger. " I am also hoping for more entries in the T shirt slogan contest. Let me know if you think of a good one. Best, > Hi!! Guest guest
Pam, the directions say to grow them in a dark warm place. I was thinking of just putting them on a windowsil. Would that work just as well? Anne W Where is everybody? Hi Everyone, Our group has been so quiet. Where is everyone? Let us know how you feel and what you've been doing. We want to hear from you. Guest guest
Hi Pam. The Flat Belly Diet is labeled as a Mediterranean diet with fats that are really good for you, i..e. nuts, olive oil, etc. You only eat red meat once a week and have four 400 calorie meals per day. A doctor's review online states that it is very nutritious. Haven't given it a try yet, I'm waiting for my picky eater husband to go out of town before I start. The websites I've been working on are for work, not for my self--I'm just not that interesting. From the name, it's obvious that I need that. Is it a difficult diet to stick to? From experience I know that if only I would give up carbs, I lose weight and I feel better. I just need to get started--that's the most difficult part. Did you set up an Internet site for yourself? If so, what is it about? Pam Where is everybody? Hi Everyone, Our group has been so quiet. Guest guest
alfalfa, mung, and a protein blend. Will expand with time, just trying to get them going at the moment. They do pack quite a nutritional punch for very little calories. Better yet, on things like broccoli, if you don't like the broccoli full grown, try the sprouts and you get the same benefits as the full grown plant. Anne W Where is everybody? Guest guest
Hi, I'm reading. I was looking forward to seeing what your results were after the H2O2 treatment. I'm not sure where everyone else is. > > Is the system here working? HELLO!.....!!! > > > > >
