You are such a comforting person. Oh, have to tell Nell. She is counting on going just after Christmas. She has been thinking that even her selfish father would not in the end make this decision. Abusers are all about control. This was obviously a very delicate situation in the first place. So when I followed the doctors recommendation , he loses control and goes off. It is like when you live with them and they go crazy with you. You never know what makes them so angry. They tell you it is all your fault, that the abuse would not happen if you wouldn't be the way you are.. you are left spinning in fear and confusion. You never can predict what triggers it and when it will happen. This is the same thing only it is his daughter he is hurting. He also managed to marry a woman as unstable as he is.

I hate that Nell has to be at the end of his venom. I wish I could do something so she did not have go through this. I do know this is the end for him with her. She will cut him off. Their relationship was so fragile anyway.

I am hurting so badly today and so very tired I did not go to DBT group. I also did not want to leave Nell all day alone. She is so delicate now. Since we are down to one car I would have to leave at two, wait until Jeff was done with his DBT and then do mine. We would not be home until eight tonight. Two to eight. Too long to leave Nell today.
