As I just told when you are setting up a wedding that is plated you expect that there will be some "no shows". You cannot control Mother Nature nor can you control whether someone gets ill. However after having two sit down weddings {both where people had to travel a long way. One in Kauai} I can tell you that you would rather have people you love RSVP that they will come and be a part of your party or at least try than just not make the effort. The reception is where you get to be with everyone. There is something to be said about not pre-determining that you will always be to ill to do something.
