Have had lots of heart related testing with no problems showing up. Liver enzymes are high. >> ********************************* Hi, Well, all I've studied about gall bladder disease, some people when they get a severe attack, it can hurt on their left side and not their right. Mine is on my right side under my right rib, and my neck and right shoulder hurt, along with the middle of my back. Sometimes it's pretty irritating, too. So when you say " chest pain, " exactly where are you talking about?
