Guest guest
Pru, I did not ask you to leave the group. I said I would leave the group of you and I will add, the others want this site to be solely Christian. I have been feeling quite alone lately on my own site. If I mention something that is deemed non- Christian it is either ignored or in the case of yoga, shown how it does not work for Christians. I will say this again. I NEVER asked you to leave. All I said was that if I, me, stays, then the site stays compassionate and accepting of other and others faiths and ideas. If that is not something that the group, you being part of the group wants then I have to leave as group owner and I suggested Clare taking over. I am in the middle of one of the most stressful and painful times in my life. I cannot have lack of tolerance in a place designed for safety and friendship. Clare, do not try and twist my words. Not fair to me and calling what I have written part of a cat fight is mean and not tolerated. Guest guest
I have been besiged bt nenbers of a Muslim group of ppl on these web sites. I do not want to join them , only to understan them and (jewish too) ---I am a long time friend of Persian people. When they became revolutionary I was 17. I had to let them drop. I am skeered of all these pl who shoot up our ppl in the name of alla! ++I realize that not every muslum is a terrorist, but am scared. several ppl on these groups insist that they are going to over throw all christian countries & israel. I do not want to believe in muslim, but to learn . The guy in Indian friends for america, skeered me badly he was so adamnant about the killing at Ft. Hood. I had to leave the group. I have been through the pain that he has. I don't go killing my people.** karen mw** From: Mc <theclaremcharris@ gmail.com>Subject: Re: Christian MeditationDate: Monday, November 23, 2009, 7:27 AM Thank you Sue for recognising our differences. Guest guest
Sue, please please take some time here for yourself and concentrate on what you have going on with you personally and take care of that situation. This group is not about stress, nor should you have to deal with it like you have been lately. Newer members don't know you, as Carlene said, most of us do. We love you for who you are, for what you offer, for your extreme thoughtfulness, your caring and sharing. This group WOULD NOT be a group without you included. You are one of the brightest people I know and knowing your history makes me love you all the more. How you have the strength to co-run the group with everything you have on your plate is beyond me and you deserve praise, not stress. Please step back and take a breather, Pam is an excellent co-owner and with all of us we'll be okay, just not for too long okay, we'll miss you too much!!! Please take care of YOU first, us second okay??? With my sincere love and deepest gratitude, hugs. in FL From: Mc <theclaremcharris@ gmail.com>Subject: Re: Christian MeditationDate: Monday, November 23, 2009, 7:27 AM Thank you Sue for recognising our differences. Guest guest
Too all, I have sat back and kept out of this as I never like getting into situations like this.........fighting over politics or religion. First off,I am a Christian and proud of it. I never critisize anyone for their beliefs and believe we are not supposed to do it. After reading so much of this stuff going on its being in high school again........one group thinking they are right and another the same. Its not who is right or wrong.........because we all have the right to freedom of speech but the thing is everyone should respect others in life in what they think too. When I joined this group I joined because I thought it was going to be a group that would help each other, be there for each other when in pain or any need, become friends and not have catfights, learn more about our illness and we would be allowed to pray for each other when in pain or any need if asked. I quit a group right before joining this one and we could not even mention God. I do not think anyone should push religion on anyone because most of the time that pushes them farther away. All in all, if someone is that unhappy here I think they should leave or just keep their mouths shut and not make the rest of us miserable by hearing all this stuff going on constantly. As far as Sue,owner leaving that's not right at all she has tried her best by being bias and trying so hard to keep it all together here. Lets give her a break now. The owners have a hard time when this stuff happens because they get to know each of you and like you too but some times some people need to learn to LET IT GO AND FORGET. LIFE IS TOO SHORT............LIFE GOES ON AND WE ALL NEED EACH OTHER IN ONE WAY OR THE OTHER SO WHY FIGHT AND ARGUE. I HAVE DELETED SO MANY EMAILS LATELY BECAUSE ITS THE SAME FIGHT OVER AND OVER. Ok I put my 2cents in and I will be quiet again. Rosie -- Re: Christian MeditationDate: Monday, November 23, 2009, 7:27 AM Thank you Sue for recognising our differences. Guest guest
Sue,like said here.......you need to take care of yourself FIRST. We all appreciate you and care for you. It is silly the way some are acting here right now. I am a 67yr old lady who has seen too much of this fighting and arguing with each other too much in my lifetime. I have come to the point in my later years that I will not participate in them or become a part of it. Right now the main thing is that you do not let this stress get you down. I know what too much stress can do as I had a nervous breakdown a few years ago from it. I will not let it happen again to me and I hate to see someone else let it happen. Life is too short and we all need to learn to get along with each other. That does not mean we agree with everything but we do not need to fight about it either. We all need to learn to let things go and forgive those who have hurt us. If we do not forgive and we keep the hurt inside us it eventually gets us down and our immune systems are weak anyway with fibro and other illness that go along with it. I love each and everyone here regardless of their shortcomings as I have shortcomings too. NONE of us is perfect here and we need to get along and DROP THIS NOW and go on with the group. If this keeps up it will tear the group apart little by little...............like some taking one side and others taking the other....we are not here on earth to battle with each other. Besides a good joke every now and then is better so we can laugh along with each other. We need to share what our fibro is doing with us and learn from information that is shared in group to HELP EACH OTHER. Ok, I will tell you now I am getting down from my stand and saying PLEASE STOP FOR ALL OF US. I love you and GOD loves you too regardless of who you are and what religion or if you do not believe at all. Blessings and wishing you all a very good day without pain. This is the first day for many that I am not in pain. Gentle hugs, Rosie -- Re: Christian MeditationDate: Monday, November 23, 2009, 7:27 AM Thank you Sue for recognising our differences.
