Reminder of message board instructions

1. Please delete most (or all) of the post you are replying to before

adding your comments. This makes it easier to follow the thread of

posts and the conversation - particularly for those who receive the

Daily Digest version. If you want to include just a short section of

the post you are replying to, it is okay to leave just a bit there

(like the topic or sentence you are responding to).

2. If you have recipes, click Database on the left, then click

Recipes. You can add those recipes there.

3. If you are not yet receiving Dom's FMS/CFIDS Newsletter, a

requirement for being in this group, please email

dombush@... to request it - or go to my homepage at

http://www.fms-help.com

and click on the link at the top that says " Request newsletter. " You

can also read back issues that you may have missed at

http://www.fms-help.com/newsletters.htm.
