Guest guest
Mark Sircus' article (on www.regenerativenutrition.com/content.asp?id=490) states that the maple syrup formula is to mix one part baking soda with three parts (pure, 100%) maple syrup in a small saucepan. Stir briskly and heat the mixture for 5 minutes. 1 teaspoon daily is what is suggested by Cancer Tutor but one could probably do this several times a day. Mark later quotes Bill (author of Cancer Free) who mixes 3 parts maple syrup with one part baking soda and heats the mixture for a couple of minutes until the baking soda foams up. He keeps it in the fridge and stirs it up (as it settles) and eats one teaspoon twice a day. And further on, one teaspoon per day of baking soda with one teaspoon of black strap molasses to one cup of room temperature water is advised, with the dose being increased on the fifth day. So take your pick.
