An eye-opening book I just read about pain

I recommended this to someone in a separate post but wanted to let you all know.

I just read

a GREAT book entitled " Why We Hurt " by Dr. Greg Fors. A lot of it deals with

myofascial pain

and fibro. His theory is that if we reduce our toxic load, improve our digestion

and diet, as

well as remove our trigger points, we'll have far less pain and more vitality.

It gave me a start

to read how much toxic stuff is in our environments (and in my cosmetics!) but

at least I felt

empowered to do something to improve my health. He also has a chapter on the

mind/body

connections, which a lot of doctors and other books ignore.
