I take this (BioSil) as part of my breast cancer alternative supplements. I

too, was curious about zeolite. I googled for it and then did a search for it

on LEF.org because I get some of my supplements from there. The search turned

up BioSil which I do take. It is a clear fluid. I take a few drops in juice.

Go to www.lef.org and do a search for zeolite. This is part of the result--

Dr. Lyn is in Washington. The call is an interview and was recorded

by someone else so I'm not sure where the phone number is, just that

it's in the US.

You can have phone consultations with her and also order her DVD. I

just ordered it myself. www.askdrlyn.com

This is what my Naturopath friend in Las Vegas (from another group I'm

with) had to say about zeolite. He mentioned it to me right after it came up for

discussion here. I told him about the dosing according to how much you can

afford! I wanted to share with you what he said. I respect his opinions a great

deal and consult him often. I hope this helps.

Blessings,

Hey ,

Sounds like the distributor didn't have a clue! A typical dose is 10

drops

if you use the liquid type 3 times a day. Toxic individuals cannot

usually

stand that kind of dose though and I always recommend people start out

at

half that or a third and work up to the main dose and stay there for a

month

or two. The stuff really does work.

Hey, send me your first fitness link again. I want to try a few things.

Best,

Dan

Thanks, .

" Toxic individuals cannot stand that kind of dose? "

What does he mean by that? Does he mean they will get sick? I have

always had a very difficult time with the idea of the " crisis " that

some say accompanies a detox. My feeling is that if a person takes a

supplement and they start getting sick that they should stop taking

the supplement.

" A typical dose is 10 drops if you use the liquid type 3 times a

day. "

Does this person speak English as his native tongue? If so, he should

have realized that the above sentence can mean either 30 drops a day,

which very much conflicts with the 15 drops a day I was originally

told would do whatever zeolite supposedly does, or 3.3 drops 3 times

a day, which again conflicts with the 15 drops a day dosage.

I believe I still have not seen how zeolite is supposed to help a

person who is dx'd with cancer or some other degenerative dis-ease.

And how is the detox accomplished with zeolite?

Good questions. If a person is really toxic (or anyone really), they don't want

to release the toxins from their elimination organs too quickly or they can

become sick. I never recommend a water fast for people who think they can lose

weight that way, mainly for that reason (not to mention no nutrition!)

Dan's recommended dosing is 10 drops 3 times a day, or 30 drops in a day. He is

a doctor of naturopathy that I have known and respected for a very long time. I

would follow his recommendation based simply on that. I don't know the person

who recommended 15 drops a day for you. I don't know their nutritional

background or experience with the product. So it would be hard for me to say " no

that person is wrong " , because, like you said, we are all individuals. As such,

we have individual nutritional needs. If that person knows you and your history,

if they have good credentials and you trust them, then go with the dosing they

recommended. If this is someone you don't know and who doesn't know you and

you're not sure if you can trust them, then I would recommend Dan's dosing

suggestions.

I told Dan that initially I wasn't able to figure out if zeolite is something

that is ingested orally or added to a water prurification system! The

explanations of it here weren't all that clear. But since he says it really does

work, I am very interested in finding out all I can about it! This is turning

out to be a real learning experience for all of us, I think! I'll keep you

posted on what I find out about it, because now I'm on a mission!

" Weight of Evidence " Against Thimerosal Causing Neuropsychological Deficits

A new study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention does not

What the relationship might be is that mercury is a trigger in an already

toxic body on overload, which would explain why some children become autistic

and

others don't. It's something like 1 child in every 150 now..maybe

worse..it's an epidemic.

Uh, , with ALL due respect, " comfortable " and " all you have to

do " may be a little bit of an understatement. I don't know if I would

want to encourage people to try this in their kitchen -- I mean you're

talking about some highly caustic materials there, AND the potential for

highly exothermic reactions. Granted that people pour these things down

their drain (to undo clogs), and they're found in car batteries, but I

would recommend some caution playing around with them on one's counter

top. Among other things, eye protection would be a MUST.

I've seen electricians wire ceiling fixtures while HOT, too, but, again,

the average person would be well advised to exercise caution in matters

involving electricity OR strong chemicals.

Just a thought.

do think that most of the commercial product is a waste of money. Harve

Kaufman, who has the patent, has long ago distanced himself from Waiora

-- for reasons that can be best explained by Harve. He does produce his

own product now which he should certainly have done in the first place.

For those who are comfortable with chemistry and want to try a form of

Zeolite is a mineral that has high absorbant properties. It is said to absorb

toxins, metals, from the body. Zeolife is a brand name for it, amoung others. It

seems to be one of the alternate ways to treat cancer. I first heard about it

through a friend who claimed it was curing almost everything. She was

distributing it through Waiora, a multi level marketing group (expensive). It is

sold disolved in water and one takes so much per day. I bought enough for 3

months. It did not help or treat what I was addressing, a prostate problem. As

with these things, some people got great results. Maybe I didn't take enough. I

couldn't afford to keep trying it.

Why don't you try one-fourth teaspoon of baking soda and one-fourth teaspoon of

citric acid(the home canning kind). mix together in 3 ounces of water and drink.

it taste like alka-seltzer water without the aspirin.it kills yeast and fungus.

start out 3 times a day, then taper off to one.

Yes I too read a great deal about zeolite. It sounded great and I bought a 3

month supply too. I took it as prescribed and did not receive the slightest

improvement. It is possible though that it cleaned things out but because it is

not a bug killer I am still very sick, I don't know. But like others I could not

afford to continue without some results.

It has been my experience that if something is going to help me, I feel some

results within a very short period of time and I did not even feel a negative

effect (herx reaction). Maybe it only works on particular cancers I don't know,

I just know it did not help me.

Hi All:

Ranradd:

What you say is correct till you get down the the MLM product, Waiora.

This is a weak substitute for the real deal. No one has ever tested it

against cancer. In fact, Michigan State did an exciting study using

granular zeolites on

rats that never made your local newspaper. Imagine that... a "cure"

for cancer that cost almost nothing and never saw the light of day.

You could take hundreds of dollars worth of Waiora and never see any results... Or

you could take a few tablespoons of granular zeolite powder a day and

you would almost be guaranteed some improvements.

Gjwest:

You get no herx reaction from zeolites because they remove harmful

toxins from the body that cause the problems by compromising your

immune system and setting up an environment for disease.

West:

You can buy ten pounds of zeolite powder for less than fifty dollars on

the web... the best investment in terms of payback that you will ever

encounter if you take it in quantity. Remember though, we are talking

about basically eating sand, so it is not all that palatable. I give

it to my dog wrapped up in raw hamburger and it has cured him of cancer

several times... large cancers the size of your fist just disappear in

a few weeks. I can verify that, this stuff is good!

Randy:

Baking soda and citric acid will not get rid of toxins. They help

alkalize your system... but zeolites have that effect also.

The aluminum scare was just that... plain ole' Arm & Hammer Baking

soda has no aluminum in it. A & H actually put a note on their box

after they got wind of that. Some boxes say it and some don't, but

they are all the same product. Baking soda is a safe product, but you

should not use it around mealtime, since it reduces your digestive

acids.

The bottom line is: buy granular only and take lots of it. There is

no theoretical maximum... the greater the amount that better the

effect. This stuff is totally inert. My eighty pound Golden Retriever

gets three tablespoons a day when I detect a growth.

Regards,

Jim

Hi Lee Ann,

What type of zeolite do you use?

Also, I'm not trying to be nosy, but is there a reason why you can't just get

all your mercury fillings removed at the same time? I only had 3 small fillings,

so I had them done all at one time. If I'm being too nosy, you can just tell

me!

take care,

Marie,

It's not a scram--it is what it is, MLM. That's just how they do business. So if you buy some on Amazon or wherever, those people selling it are part of that business structure. I just hate that. Does anyone else feel that way? Years ago when I tried it we had to become part of their multi level--other products that we've liked over the years are the same way.
