Guest guest
The purchase of a Rife-Bare machine is not a minor purchase. The machines are very expensive and often purchased as a last resort by those who have a hard time affording them. It is extremely important to know as much about the manufacturer as possible. This is my story about the troubles I have had. I am sure others have had very satisfactory business dealing with Trebing but I for one did not. In early 2004 I ordered and received a Rife-Bare machine from Resonant Light Technology. I was enormously pleased with the machine and the people I dealt with. My mother asked me to purchase her a machine. Instead of purchasing an indicial one to mine, I ordered one from Trebing, owner of Vibrant Health, in June of 2004. I was very satisfied with the Resonant Light machine I had but I wanted a different machine to get the best of both. I sent Trebing a Money Order for $3,575 plus $52 shipping for the machine he advertised, which was to include a F100 series generator and a PDA to store the frequencies. had told me that it would take about two weeks after receiving my money to complete the machine. At two weeks I called, and again at three, four, and five weeks. Each time I was given a different excuse. The one that worried me most was the fact he could not get the machine to work with the F150 frequency generator and the PDA. This was the machine he advertised and he couldn't get it to work? At six weeks I called again and said the machine was on the way. I asked him about programming the PDA for the F150 and was told by that the machine had only a Ramsey Generator. For those not familiar with that generator I was told that it can only run one frequency. The programs I run have as many as 100 frequencies with each running from 20 seconds to 5 minutes. With the Ramsey each frequency would have to be entered every time. NO WAY! I told that is not what I ordered and not what I paid for and defiantly not what I wanted. did say that he would try to get a F150 and a PDA to send to me at a later date. I was not going to hold my breath. By that time I was tired of the ever changing excuses, the delays and the way he did business. I told that I was going to send the machine back unopened and that was not the way to do business. I did not do business that way and I did not want to do business with someone who did. I told him I wanted a full refund. The machine arrived in a box that looked like it had been taken from behind the grocery store. I returned it Parcel Post because didn't offer to pay for overnight. e-mailed me that he received the machine and it had $400 worth of damage. Maybe it did. It sure didn't look liked it was packed very well but he was the one who packed it. I had not opened it. Below is a copy of the e-mail he sent me. The two things that angered me the most was that he wanted to charge me a 25% return fee not on the machine he sent me but the one I ordered and paid for, the more expensive one with the F150 generator and PDA. The other was he wanted to repay me in installments. No, I am not making this up. I have his e-mails. From: " Trebing " <vibrnthealth@...> Reply- vibrnthealth@... Take a look at the picture below. Damage to the exterior and interior components and the inclosure of the device. Estimate $400.00 damage. In my E-Mail to you I asked that the device not be sent back because without over night, the packages are not hand passed and are tossed around. Was sure your wife had told you I called about mailing. In the E-mail I explained the return policies etc in hopes that you would consider other options. If agreed by both partys my return policy is the same as Don Tunneys although I'm not sure he has any return policy now. 75% of $3500.00 equals $2625.00. The stress and aggravation of all this has led to a breakdown in a physical condition that has left me confined to bed with a life threatening fever on anti biotics etc. Not fun, no problem I'm improving and will be back on track in a few weeks. This has always been my policy with returned devices, if agreed I can return your money in payments of $300.00 each month with the first payment beginning immediately and continuing with seven consecutive payments one each month the last payment being $225.00. Dave. No reputable businessman that I know of would send something a customer did not order, try to make him pay a return fee on the expensive machine he ordered but did not receive and then offer to refund his money but take a year repaying. There was no way I would accept that. After some very heated e-mails we did reach an agreement. I understood that he had money problems so I agreed that $300 a month with the remainder paid in full when he sold another unit would be acceptable. had told me that he sold an average of two machines a month. I did not expect it to take long for him to repay me. For the first few months did send $300 a month. Then his payments kept getting later and later. When I questioned this and asked if he had sold any more units I kept getting the runaround and excuses. He never has admitted to me that he has sold any more units. He became months late in his payments and until this day he has not repaid me like he said he would. We made what I thought was a very generous agreement on my part that he repay me $300 a month with the remainder paid in full upon the sale of his next machine. The machine was returned to Trebing in the beginning of August of 2004. Fourteen months have gone by and he has not fully repaid me yet. If Trebing would have sent the machine I ordered or kept his word on refunding my money all would have been well. It is not. Trebing may be a good guy. I am not saying he is not. What I do state is that I was not pleased with the way he conducted business with me and I would caution all that would entrust with their money. $3575 is a lot of money to send one person and then hope to get what you paid for.
