Guest guest
Hi, Jewel, I'd be careful doing too many cleanses at once. Now, I had to do a GB cleanse before I started my liver cleanse. I felt it was necessary of my terrible GB pain that I was in. Seems like it's best to do the parasite, then the kidney, then the liver cleanse. Problem is, those of us with GB pain, we can't wait. Since you're not in any immediate pain, let's see what Ken and Dale have to say. They've done this a lot longer than I have. Take care, Susie
Guest guest
One does need to be careful not to over flush and cleanse. The flushes are great for the body... but many toxins are stirred up and it can leave the body weaker for short period of time. Don't rush into flushes... unless you really are having pain. A liver cleanse often includes many of the items used in the flush... I would assume that one could do a liver cleanse and add the flush onthe end of it. I think you should complete the kidney flush before doing a gb flush... ken
Guest guest
I was wondering whether the flush first might stir up too much for me to handle. I think it's a good idea to start the liver cleanse with the Livatone Plus first, as you suggest, then do a flush after the liver has had some time to detoxify. Yes, I will finish the kidney cleanse before starting the liver cleanse. Since I know just enough of this stuff to be dangerous, I will take your advice to go slow. It's just that I am so eager to feel better! Thanks for your input, Jewel > One does need to be careful not to over flush and cleanse. Guest guest
I would say that in your case just doing the liver cleansing diet first should work quite well for you. Then after the eight weeks you could do a flush and see what results you get. Guest guest
When I get a steroid shot(which isn't very often) I respond that same day. It takes away the inflammation, which of course takes away the pain. It's almost an immediate response. Ibuprofen works the same way for me with minor pain/swelling in my wrists, pain in my hips, etc. ----- Original Message ----- From: jsala Rheumatoid Arthritis Sent: Thursday, January 08, 2004 10:51 AM Subject: Advice needed Hi,I just came back from my second visit to the rheumatolotist and I am thoroughly disappointed! He basically said he doesn't know what I have...maybe fibromyalgia..he doesn't think RA because it isn't in my wrists. I think he is an idiot. He also said that since I did not respond to the steroid right away (within the first day or two of taking the steroid) that this rules out RA. How does one go about finding a good rheumatologist? Also, How have any of you responded to the steroid when you have a flare..Do you respond within the first day or does it take some time before the severe pain goes away?J Sala
