Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone has one sided numbness on thier body. I also have the most pain on the same side. That is my right side. My right side is always swollen,,enough to notice it when I wear jeans,,or just looking in the mirror with no clothes on. The right side of my back is always thicker than my left side. The other night I managed to get a mini massage from my hubby,,and I asked him to do my right side too,,,and he said he was,,,thats how numb its getting. At first it was my right leg,, the calf part,, when I went for accupuncture once I couldn't feel the needle like I could on the left side. The accupuncturist,,didn't know what to think,,,,she tried so hard to get me to feel something,,but never could. Well,, I haven't said a thing to any doctor about it and its been like that for years,,, but now with my back feeling that way, I think I better ask to go to a Neurologist or someone like that. Thats how my dr. is,,, you have to ask to go see a specialist or you don't get to one..and he's the third doctor I've tried since we've moved here,,,[sigh*]. I do have fibro, but sometimes I think maybe I have MS too. I " ve asked the dr. so many times to send me for a MRI,,,but haven't went yet,,*sigh*... Guest guest
Oh my gosh, that sounds serious, almost like you had a stroke of some kind or MS. I would demand that your doctor send you for a MRI. It blows me away when these doctors don't take symptoms such as yours very seriously. I'd say, either get an MRI and maybe get a new doctor, especially if they've treated you like that for other new symptoms.
