Guest guest
If I were to take fish oil regularly, I'd find some light bleeding from the gums after tooth brushing. So I can easily believe from personal experience that Eskimoes have higher hemorraghic strokes. But, if I also take lecithin and/or inositol, then the bleeding doesn't happen. What's the interaction here? Phospholipids come with 3 fat molecules (mainly ARA) and I believe the ARA can be displaced in membranes with the omega 3's. But what's exactly happening here? -- Ken
