Guest guest
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 1999. A year or two later I bagan having problems and after many tests the diagnosis was IBS. In 2004, due to another problem, a foot of colon was removed. I asked at that time if the IBS would disappear. The answer was possibly but don't count on it. Since that surgery, I have had little bowel problems. A week ago I began having cramps, bloating, gurgling, loose stools, and what seems like an inflamed feeling in my whole abdomen. Now with a new doctor that is learning about me, I called to see if he wanted to see me. He perscribed Belladonna/Phenobarb without an office visit, just by symptoms. I have never been on that drug for IBS before. The side affects are not pleasant. My main question (as I don't remember my symptoms and time involved with an IBS flare up in the past)is: Do most people suffer for a long period of time or does it seem to clear up after a bowel movement? My pain extends into my lower to mid back, which I don't remember it doing in the past. I do have arthritis and Fibro in my back which I see chiropractor and massage therapists for. I would like to hear what type of symptoms and length of duration other suffers experience. Also what type of meds seem to work and any other suggestions. Thank you......suffering. You should also give up wheat, rye and barley (and products containing them) for a couple months in case you are intolerant to gluten.JoanneOn Jun 30, 2010, at 10:49 AM, rawDairy wrote:Hey folks, has anybody heard about or know of anybody who has had success conquering over IBS with raw dairy? Guest guest
Thanks for sharing your story. I appreciate how you took time to go into detail on all that happened. Would you say that raw goat was a key factor in your healing because it is more easily digested? Thanks, Barb > > > > > > > Hey folks, has anybody heard about or know of anybody who has had success > > conquering over IBS with raw dairy? I appreciate any/all comments on this > > subject.
