On the face of it that's true... but I find I get a headache when using Hydrogen peroxide from the chemist... but no headache when making it myself (from ozone). According to the label there are no preservatives in the H2O2 from the chemist so I can't explain why this happens... although perhaps it has something to do with other trace contaminants (my water is filtered through an alkalizer which removes fluoride, etc... but leaves healthy minerals). I'm not the only person to get a headache using drops... and no headache when using tap water... so it's probably not necessary to filter the water to avoid this side effect (although it tastes better). > Also when i was looking into h2o2 therapy one source said to make sure not > to combine h2o2 with anything but water You might react with something and create something that was unhealthy... it might also taste foul. ---and to make sure to drink it at > least an hour before and 2 hours after meals---comments? You don't want to react it with what's in your stomach... as you may neutralise many healthful substances with the H2O2... and minimise the amount of H2O2 that is absorbed. However sometimes you do want to neutralise stuff that is in your stomach... like perhaps a toxin? Keep the chemistry in mind as you use stuff and you will find you start to use Ozone/H2O2 more appropriately. :-)
