Ozone turns into H2O2 in the water you drink: 03 + 3(H2O) = 3(H2O2)

If you bring ozone into direct contact with blood it also turns into

H2O2... as water is the main consituent of blood.

so the difference would be the ozone water one makes can

On the face of it that's true... but I find I get a headache when

using Hydrogen peroxide from the chemist... but no headache when

making it myself (from ozone). According to the label there are no

preservatives in the H2O2 from the chemist so I can't explain why

this happens... although perhaps it has something to do with other

trace contaminants (my water is filtered through an alkalizer which

removes fluoride, etc... but leaves healthy minerals).

I'm not the only person to get a headache using drops... and no

headache when using tap water... so it's probably not necessary to

filter the water to avoid this side effect (although it tastes

better).

You might react with something and create something that was

unhealthy... it might also taste foul.

You don't want to react it with what's in your stomach... as you may

neutralise many healthful substances with the H2O2... and minimise

the amount of H2O2 that is absorbed.

However sometimes you do want to neutralise stuff that is in your

stomach... like perhaps a toxin? Keep the chemistry in mind as you

use stuff and you will find you start to use Ozone/H2O2 more

appropriately.
