hi everybody

I'm still trying to recover my health from being locked up 21 months

but have decided to come out of my cocoon to communicate a bit. It's

also been a psychological/emotional trauma that I am still trying to

recover from. It's bad enough that a person is locked up, but they

also are cruel in many ways that our country's founding fathers would

of never agreed to. For one, people should not be deprived their

liberty until after being found guilty. (In case you don't know who I

am, I was the one imprisoned for selling unapproved medical devices

from 2004-2006. The Beck and Rife devices.)

Someone on another list commented that they should of thrown the book

at me for having broken the consent agreement that I had signed. Well,

for one, the agrrement called for something that was impossible to do,

namely remove all internet advertising that had claims. That

advertising includes search engine listings. Back then when you

submitted to a big search engine, they shared your info with dozens of

little search engines, many of which do not give the site owners right

to delete or modify the listing. Those !@ & *?! knew that, of course.

After I realized that, I felt I had no obligation to stay committed to

an agreement that was rigged so that I would fail anyway. The

agreement also called for all removal of information concerning what

the devices do, even scientific papers. Well, later I found out that

the FDA had already lost a case (Shalala v. Pearson) where the Supreme

Court ordered them to allow claims when there is at least some

scientific agreement. But, like most of the other renegade branches of

government, they ignore the Supreme Court. Freedom and Justice are

forgotten ideals in this country.

The same person that made that comment also mentioned in an email to

me that I had left people hanging without filling their orders. Yeah,

like I planned that or something! Blame the feds for not giving me a

chance to make it right with them. From jail I gave Charlebois

the password to use my PayPal account to pay back a good number of

those people, although the funds didn't exist to pay them all back. I

haven't forgotten who they are, and with God's help I will eventually

make it up to them. I followed my heart and conscience and did what

was right although I am paying for it now with poverty.

To all of you who weren't afraid to mail me a letter or send me some

funds to buy necessary items in jail; You're the best, the cream of

the crop! I love you!!! You are the true Americans, who aren't afraid

of the government. True patriots hold to the constitution. False

patriots wave flags, put yellow ribbon stickers on their cars, and are

too scared to have a non-popular opinion.
