Guest guest
Hi all, I completed my second flush night before last. I was disappointed to get heartburn after eating 2 bananas the next evening. That is the first thing I ate. I am beginning to think my heartburn is not gallbladder related....I have never had an attack, just low grade pain in the gallbladder area. Does anyone know of natural remedies for heartburn? I don't want to get on a prescription, besides I don't have insurance right now. Any ideas would be appreciated, Shop online without a credit card http://www.rocketcash.com RocketCash, a NetZero subsidiary
Guest guest
Wow, Donna, I think I like your " flush " better than mine. I drank a whole pint of olive oil, over the course of three hours...which got really difficult toward the end! I think I like your recipe better. But I was happy with my results, so I'll probably stick with it! Anyway, I think it's great that you got good results even with such an abbreviated flush. At least you are working to improve your health, and that's very important. I think I read that if you want to keep your gallstones for any length of time you need to put them in olive oil. Anyway, I think that's what I read somewhere on the CureZone. Guest guest
norman here's an experiment for you in any which way or form take a glass of olive oil and add to it any substance you like. epsom salts, hydrochloric acid. anything your illogical heart desires. in no case will you be able to produce the stones that are expelled during these flushes. that is because they are hardened bile stones and calcified cholesterol stones. you can also try doing a few flushes yourself and see the stones floating in the toilet. olive oil just doesn't magically turn into hardened green balls that float. ask your doctor by what magical process olive oil congeals. Ask your doctor. > Norm S-- Most doctors don't acknowledge alternatives to medicine as being valid so you won't get an accurate answer from an MD. The stones that I have passed are far too foul in odor to have been recently made, and they are often clumped together as if they have been packed against one another for some time. Also, the color doesn't vary no matter what type of oil I use...some olive oil greener than others, and sometimes flax seed oil which is yellow, but color of stones does not match the oil. Sorry, can't buy the congealed olive oil theory after flushing as needed for almost 15 years. L. Guest guest
On that note, I just completed my sixth flush. My fourth flush was pretty much like my third, except the " rotten eggs " were smaller. My fifth produced almost nothing, despite drinking 3/4 cup olive oil and an equal amount grapefruit juice, which blows the congealed oil theory. Unfortunately, I was pretty sore for several days following that so flushed again. Technically, these flushes have been too close together, but when you're in pain, you really don't care. This flush was amazing. The first few stones were the green ones similar to flush #2. I hadn't seen many of these at all since. Then, I got harder stones, but filled with the green bile. I hadn't seen that before. Then, I got hundreds of small " rotten eggs " . This is the first time I've had more than a couple dozen stones in a flush and the total volume more than exceeds the oil (almost 1/2 cup this time). I had hoped that I was stone free after flush #5, but it looks at least a few more are going to be required. Guest guest
Good going, Donna. I want to do a flush, but can't seem to get myself to prepare ahead...has anyone just decided hey, think i'll do a flush tonight, and done it without drinking apple juice, etc. for 3-5 days before?? If I do that, would like to tomorrow or Thursday night. Do have some apple juice I could start chugging now. What do you think? L. Guest guest
I take a Malic Acid supplement every day instead of drinking apple juice. Other than the mounds of herbs I take daily, I don't do any flush prep until the morning of. > has anyone just decided > hey, think i'll do a flush tonight, and done it without drinking > apple juice, etc. for 3-5 days before?? Guest guest
Hi Cladia, Well, as is often the case, I'm behind on reading the list posts, so this is too late to help you last Thursday. For the record: My first flush was done all wrong with no preparation until the afternoon of the flush, and I produced about 50 marble sized or more stones (I have no idea how many stones sunk....). I ate a fairly high fat breakfast the day of the flush. The great results really encouraged me to flush again and again correctly. I chose the Hulda method specifically because it takes less days of actual protocol. Her flush requires no preparation before the day of the flush. I'm sure the more preparation done the better, but It's hard enough for me to change my schedule and eating for two days, let alone longer. six flushes and over 1300 stones later, I'd recommend her flush to anyone that has a hard time doing all the preparation for some of the other flushes.
