Doctor list by state now available on Dom's site

Since some members are not yet able to access the " Doctor's by State "

list that I launched a few days ago to the " Files " area of this message

board, I have now put it on my website at http://www.fms-

help.com/DOCTORLIST.xlr - Click on this link. You will get a message

to either OPEN or SAVE this file to your computer. Click on SAVE. (I

find it easier to save files to my DESKTOP, but you can save the file

to wherever is convenient to locate on your computer.) After the file

is saved, then you can open it. It is in Microsoft Works Spreadsheet

format. This list of 305 doctors was compiled in 2004 by volunteers for

the Million Letter Campaign (for FMS/CFIDS/ME awareness - you can read

about our project at http://www.fms-help.com/letter.htm ) There is no

guarantee if these doctors are good, but you can read comments about

them by scrolling to the right of the file (look in the last column for

comments). Some of the info may be outdated, but it is still a pretty
