<< Hi All,

Sure has been quiet lately. Is everybody on spring break or what? Maybe

everybody got so very healthy, they went out and got a life. :))

Did my 3rd liver cleanse yesterday. Good results, although not as dramatic

as the last one. Still I can say I passed 100 or more stones easily, not as

large or as many as last time. No walnut size this time. At the rate I'm

going, I'd have to say not only was my liver full of stones, but it was

impacted with them. Dr. states one can quit doing the cleanses after

the 4th cleanse, if you didn't get any stones. You can also do as many as 10

cleanses to fully clean the liver. At the rate I'm going, it's going to take

me the 10, if not a complete year.

My daughter's boyfriend asked a very good question. He asked, " How do you

know it's dirty? " After thinking about it, I wondered how one does know, if

you've never done a flush and seen the results? I got to thinking, and the

only thing I could come up with is: if one is chronically sick, you can

safely assume the liver is 'dirty'. At least that is the way I'm looking at

it. I truthfully don't see how my liver was doing much of anything with what

all was in it. Totally disgusting I know. I'm simply going to have to get

me a life outside of the bathroom!!!!!!

As far as tha zapper is going, I'm still zapping. I think I like it, but the

verdict is still out on it.

Hope all is good for you. Spring really is in the air; get out and enjoy, if

you can!

Take care.
