Guest guest
well I finally did it, posted a really off-topic note about supplements! eek I must be losing it. Recently I got a very lousy cholestrol panel and renewed my statin prescription. But, I also started looking around for solutions outside the normal medical ones. I went through the 30 day supply of statins along with the following. Now I'm just using the following, having found it better for me in some ways. I'm not ruling out statins, but will want to get a scan of arteries to determine extent of blockage I have so I can monitor how this is going. I'm using a formula consisting of stuff mentioned by Dr. Joe Prendergast, but buying just the raw ingredients, combining them myself so as to avoid the placebo syndrome of taking some marketing product. Dr. Joe has both a medical practice and an association with a multi-level marketing of his formula. I am not promoting this. However, the doctor has a practice which has the best results of any heart-related doctor in the world. over 99 percent heart related issues in his patients have disappeared. Almost none have been admitted for any heart attacks or strokes in the last 19 years on his formula. Almost all of them had heart conditions of various severities and many had stroke and heart attacks prior to singing up with Dr. Joe. As you may know, heart problems are notoriously repetitive in most patients who have them. This is extraordinary success to have such a turnaround in his patients. HERE IS MY CURRENT EXPERIMENT. I don't advise anyone to try it, just making some notes that some many find interesting. Purpose: get rid of or limit the effect of age-related arterio-sclerosis (arterial blockage basically). per-day ingredients: 5-15 grams L-Arginine powder dissolved in coffee or Pomegranate juice, 750mg L-Citrulline capsule, 1 capsule resveratrol, 1000mg vit-c, 1000mg vit-E, 1 folic acid capsule. All this goop seems to add up to: more energy. I feel less tired and have more zing. It's been almost 2 months on it, and I'm about done with one huge jar of L-Arginine. Dr. Joe can explain it for y'all on You Tube. I think he may be onto something really important. I do not like to present enthusiastic reports without at least some science, and testing on my own. So I hope it is as good as it seems to me. bG
