Christmas Party last night

I foolishly had *one* alcoholic drink, and had irregular heart beat

running riot, chest pain - the lot. Plus it exeggerates things like

walking up a few stairs, the muscles in the legs screaming in agony for

you to stop and then the shortness of breath.

For someone that played football 3 times a week a few years ago and

could drink for England on a Christmas party it is all very hard to

take.

Also another symptom has developed - the ball of my right foot is very

painful to walk on, has been like this for 4 days; feels bruised but

have done nothing to it. I am hobbling and limping aroundl this is a

new one to me, anyone else had it ?
