Wiltshire, England and shares Winston Churchill’s birthdate. <A

during World War II.Like his father, Basil Wainwright inherited his father’s

scientific abilities and skills and was educated at St. Margaret’s School,

Wiltshire, Golden Hillock School, Birmingham, and then at Aston University,

Birmingham, England. Basil Wainwright studied Physics, Quantum Mechanics,

Mechanical Engineering and Advanced Electronics (in fact Basil started

studying these specific areas with his fathers’ assistance from the age of

been the Head of Research programs for numerous international corporations

throughout Europe and the United States during his over 56 years of research.

He is one of the very few scientists given the opportunity to speak before

the House of Commons and has during his research career filed in excess of

685 world Patents. Basil Wainwright and his work have been broadcast in

interviews with radio and television internationally. As with any

revolutionary scientist, his ideologies and inventions have been subjected to

harsh criticism and opposition due to his outspokenness on pertinent issues

and his development of scientific disciplines and technology which commonly

challenged the status quo of conventional commercial exploitation especially

in the field of medicine and science. His research and inventions led Basil

currently being used at a classified site in Florida in the USA. Basil

continued his march through scientific research and invented new mine field

clearance devices, military full spectrum transmitter jammers and new types

of short-range weaponry systems.During this brilliant scientific career Basil

encountered the first brick wall in early 1980. Basil refused to file his

weaponry patents in Britain, which would have allowed the British Government

to seize all rights to these technologies, Basil’s reasons were simple, he

refused because a large part of the this weaponry technology is interfaced

with the plant growth stimulus (charged particle) technology, which he wanted

to desperately help developing world countries in the agribusiness, self

sufficiency and prevention of starvation and famine. Basil then became a

controversial figure of national debate when he was asked to appear on

National Television and publicly railed at and deplored the British Government

’s (Thatcher Government) continued waste of Public money being channeled and

invested into the British Leyland Metro project. The British Government was

infuriated by this blatant outspoken individual and carefully maneuvered a

large scale media ‘smear’ campaign designed to crush and discredit any

research that Basil Wainwright had engaged himself in. Basil Wainwright, like

Edison, was dubbed ‘a crook and a con man’, on the premise of

immediately Basil’s life took a turn. He was sent to prison and kept under

eleven-month stay in a British prison (he was sentenced to three years), the

concepts and during this time was under the command and control of Lt.

Colonel Tait. After his release, Basil was immediately appointed as Head of

Research for a leading industrial group of Companies including Wave

Engineering, Edle Brock Research laboratories, ph Lucas, and abroad; Air

Resources Board in El Monte, CA, General Motors Corporation, Ford Motor

Corporation, Texaco Laboratories and the Ministry of Defense. His research
