Thank you again for your help...Rose <rose2617@...> wrote: Just wanted to share my

experiences. I also have had trouble over the last 7 years with having attacks of not being able to walk well or take stairs. For a long time I could not shop and did not see a mall for a few years because I was scared it would occur and I would not be able to get back to my car. I found my problem to be trigger points in the t bands of my outer thighs. This is where I have many fibro knots all the time. I have a roller for my legs and have my husband do trigger point therapy which he learned from a physical therapist. Also, during these attacks I feel as if my joints in my knees/legs do not work properly. I feel inflamed. I have now learned to get through these attacks and get better after a few days instead of weeks. During the attacks I take epsom salt baths with baking soda every day to help get extra magnesium into my body. Physical therapy with ultrasound helps me. I was fortunate to find someone who understood

fibromyalgia. She even ordered the roller for me. All this has helped and I have not had a totally debilitating attack for 2 years now. Hope this info helps you. >> Hi,I'M GLAD TO HAVE FOUND THIS WEB SITE,, I HAVE LEARNED ALOT FROM > IT..I HAVE HAD FM AND EM FOR SIX YEARS NOW.IT HAS BEEN A ROUGH SIX > YEARS.AS OF 4 WEEKS AGO I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY LEGS AND NOT BEING > ABLE TO WALK.
