Hi Dominie and , I wonder if the sweating and 'hot' hands and feet have anything to do with your diet... or maybe your meds. A couple of years ago I eliminated sugar from my diet (well, not completely, it sneaks into everything) and my night sweats and burning hands and feet completely disappeared. I received a reminder of how bad it can be this week with everything I ate at Christmas. ;-) Anyway, just a thought.
