Hi Duncan,

I think it's a great idea. Below are some links to the Life Spirit

Congregational Church which may be in line with what you are proposing.

Ralph Fucetola is the Vitamin Lawyer who reviews web sites for compliance

with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

advertising and labeling requirements, to permit web merchants and

organizations the opportunity to benefit from his experience.

As an aside, they even have a reference in the Bulletin about the Dotto Ring.

Below is an example of the wording of exempt status to avoid government

intrusion.

<<<<Exempt Status & Donations

SHRI has been established and organized as a US Code Section 501©(3)

tax-deductible entity to independently support BioAcoustics. It was granted

an Exemption Letter on February 11, 2000. The Exempt Organization ID Number

is 22-3611737. This approval provides the means for Sound Health Research to

accept bequests, donations and grants; to provide services and equipment to

those with financial need; and to work with other educational and government

programs. The Institute is a New Jersey not for profit corporation. Bequests

to the Institute may be stated in the Will as follows:

" I give and bequeath ______________ to Sound Health Research Institute, Inc.,

an exempt nonprofit corporation, for charitable, educational, literary and

scientific research purposes, c/o Ralph Fucetola, III, Attorney at Law, 58

Plotts Road, Newton, NJ 07860. "

Donation and grant checks should be made out directly to Sound Health

Research Institute, Inc. and mailed care of Counsel Fucetola.

SHRI has established a BioAcoustic Equipment Charity Program to help make

BioAcoustic equipment available to those in need. Please read the Program

Rules at http://www.lifespirit.org/charityequip.html

The LifeSpirit Congregational Church is a recognized religious body, church

and private association of independent Congregations, founded by Ralph

Fucetola (http://www.vitaminlawyer.com/) and Kathy A. Greene Fucetola in

1974, mutually supporting certain positive New Age Teachings. For a more

detailed look at our history, http://pweb.na2k.net/lifespirit/history.htm.
