Guest guest
Thanks all for the info. I still could not find the epsom salt, magnesium sulfate or disodium phospate. I wonder now what is the best laxative available for me. Can I also use the suppository kind of laxative before the flush? I find it hard consuming a half-gallon of apple juice a day. The most that I am consuming now is 1 liter a day but I am still trying to increase it before the flush. Sometimes, I alternate drinking pineapple juice because I prefer its taste. Well, its Thusrday here and I'm doing the flush on Saturday and I am now trying preparing myself physically and psychologically. Guest guest
HI, Helen, I don't know what kind of laxatives that you have there. Try to find a natural one, though, and make sure you're flowing good, drinking plenty of water. You only need one quart of apple juice per day. It shouldn't be that hard getting it down. It's perfectly all right drinking pineapple juice, too. Pineapples are good for you. One (1) quart is 908 milliliters, and is 32 ounces. That is the measurement in Dr. Cabot's book. I'm not used to using liters and milliliters, just quarts and gallons. When you get a chance, list out the kind of laxatives that you have in your country. Maybe we can discuss them today, okay? If you have to, maybe you can use a suppository. You might take an enema. Let me know. Yahweh bless, Susie

Guest guest
Hello Susie, I'm not really very familiar with the kinds of laxatives. After office, I'll go to drugstores and I may just ask from them the best laxatives they may recommend. I'll also go to the healthstore and find if they have laxatives. I hope I will be able to choose the right one. This evening, I will eat pineapples because from my experience, it's a very good natural laxatives whenever I suffer from constipation. Thank you for the advice and information and I am very much determined now to go on with the flush. Regards.
