Guest guest
Just received mine and I was using it for about 40 minutes when the power went down dramatically. It was bouncing my thumb and hand easily before this. I made sure the electrodes were wetted again in salt water but the same again and can't feel anything. I decided to buff the electrode and still nothing. I changed the battery and still nothing???????????? There is an output on my multimeter but this doesn't register properly due to the squarewave output. Should I feel more than I am, was I lucky the first time? Guest guest
Call them - they are really helpful. I had some problems with a cord on their zapper (it was shorting out) and they figured it out for me. I think they have the best design and most reliable equipment of anyone out there. No one else comes close to the quality of work they do and I have more then a few Beck type machines from other vendors...what happened to you may be a bad device or something else entirely. If you talk to them (Sota) they can walk you through it. > > Just received mine and I was using it for about 40 minutes when the > power went down dramatically. Guest guest
It sounds like the battery pooped out. 1) Please try a fresh alkaline 9V battery. 2) Please ensure there is not moisture/salt water " between " the electrodes on your wrist. (If there is the current will by-pass the wrist and you will NOT feel anything despite the light flashing and you turning it up full.) 3) When you touch the Probe Cords together, does the Yellow light come on and flash? Does it get brighter when the intensity is raised? 4) Try on the other wrist. Let me know how this works! Cheers!
