Guest guest
Here is some negative comment about bio tuner from here: " So, I bought a BioTuner. The 2 days that I used the BioTuner, I was woken up after about 3 or 4 hrs during the middle of the night " " Slept well and woke up great, in about 2 hours less time than normal. Almost too good to be true. Didn't try it again yet.. " " I got shorter sleep with it. Was better rested, though. I used 2mg time release melatonin, and the BT on tops and behind lobes of ears, 20 minutes each spot. While watching the idiot box. " Maybe not a good idea to use it to cure long term insomnia. My wife once had severe insomnia, I use the circuit I previously mentioned to cure her. In fact, my wife is the reason I invent that circuit. > > Hello all, > > Can someone tell me if the bio tuner helps with long term insomnia? > > Thanks! >
Guest guest
My friend loaned his unit to his wife... and she wouldn't give it back... because it allowed her to sleep. Same thing for ... he had trouble sleeping until he started to use the biotuner. :-) > > Hello all, > > Can someone tell me if the bio tuner helps with long term insomnia? > > Thanks! >
Guest guest
Yes, there are many reports of the brain tuner and treating insomnia. However, it is important not to use the unit for about 5 hours before sleep though, otherwise it can have an energizing effect. Warm regards, Vicki > > Hello all, > > Can someone tell me if the bio tuner helps with long term insomnia? > > Thanks! >
Guest guest
Interesting. Bio tuner cure the cause of insomnia, but not to make people sleep then. So, I think if you get insomnia because of medication, the use of zapper, flushes or other, then bio tuner may not be helpfull. Guest guest
Any idea how long the people below used the bio-tuner before they gave up on it? My experience with trying to treat my chronic insomnia, sometimes, things get worse before they get better? Guest guest
I don't know if they were using it correctly or not. The correct protocol is a minimum of 30 days for 20-40 minutes a day. (maximum 40 minutes at a time). It should not be used less than 5 hours before bedtime as it can have an energizing effect. There is a great deal of support for Cranial Electrical Stimulation generally speaking for insomnia - many studies. For the Brain Tuner itself (also called the biotuner), there are many positive reports of it being used for insomnia and other sleep disorders. Guest guest
" sometimes " is worrying. Do you still have insomnia now? My wife no longer need my device now. I can also replace it with the one that do not need battery now. She sleep well now even if the condition is rather unfavorable. Guest guest
Most people seem to get the restful sleep almost straight away upon using the biotuner. It's a bad idea to mix treatments... at least initially otherwise you are unable to distinguish what's causing what effect. The effect of the Biotuner is quite long lasting so you don't need to keep retreating every day. Shorter sleep is fine if you feel more rested. Usually this means your body is working better not worst. You'll notice the same effect with magnesium and with many anti-oxidants (you sleep less but feel properly rested) eg. Astaxanthin. A lot of this comes down to diet... as many of these anti-oxidants are the hallmarks of a good diet. :-) > > > > > > Hello all, > > > > > > Can someone tell me if the bio tuner helps with long term insomnia? > > > > > > Thanks! > > > > > >
