Does your schematic look anything like this:http://www.zapper-tech.com/faq/BradOn Wed, Sep 15, 2010 at 6:39 PM, <DotsieBoo@...> wrote:

As the Beck blood electrifier is quiet expensive you could try a cheap Tens machine. I use both and find them equally effective placed from wrist to wrist, ankle to wrist and ankle to ankle using self adhesive electodes/pads.DaveFrom: "DotsieBoo@..." <DotsieBoo@...> Sent:

I go even cheaper with a 6 volt battery, it's the fastest, half the time needed.

reverse the electrodes every 5-10 minutes and rarely need it any longer than

10-20 minutes for bloodstream. wire and cloth around it are the electrodes. I

have several Beck devices, and lots of junk from the days fooling with

frequencies, Beck's, 's, Rife's. The old battery is superior in my

experience.

Dotsie/(Rich)...not finding 'original' msg. posted (anywhere) bit~confusing,

if Rich is a Group member reading here...looks like he posted on U-Tube?

Nevertheless...will try to be of service and see if we can get past [gotcha],

but not at home right now and not sure, how I can communicate with Rich

directly (telephone/email/etc.)? Emailing me a close-up photo works-best

and would likely save some time on the telephone/Internet, but I'm ready...

to walk him through it, but having a cheap Harbor-Freight VOM, is helpful~

Try-> http://www.harborfreight.com/7-function-digital-multimeter-90899.html

Don't laugh...if not into DIY, you need a Multi-Meter & this is a nice Meter~

and if not going DIY...buy it On-Sale and learn to measure BE & EIS-Stop?

Just happened to hit it on Sale right now...past few years I gave away 50+?

It's first time I have seen this (assembly) video, so hope DIY works-out, OK

and (time permitting) I'm always willing to try helping members, to Test DIY!

OK, I'm back at home now and so far see two offers to help-out, but still NO

specific-answer/recommendation, for what might be keeping circuit hung-up.

Oh yes...see ZILLA tracks...try to Ignore Mr. Lizard a wandering nuisance~

frequently allowed to Graze in Beck Groups...seeking Delusion-of-Grandeur,

kinda feel sorry for him (the Lizard that is <G>)...might be, migrating IONS?

Well it's ~ later and I'm back from playing Detective/(CSI)...getting evidence,

which indicates suspect-ckt. ID is Beck's Original 1996 BE, without CS-ckt.,

also discovered Source/Web-Site went-missing as of Friday/10-SEPT-2010?

I just sat through watching the U-Tube assembly-video (with frequent pause)

and over-all, was impressed with original (Media) Production Efforts involved,

especially the associated video of Animated Circuit-Simulation, also U-Tube!

looks like he meant well...and with some close-up still-shots, would be great

to still use...even if the original Web-Site/(Kit Producer)...has Skipped Town?

Any-ways did find two possible glitches in assembly-detail...R3 & R4 ref/des

maybe reversed, from (orig.) schematic, but both 100k value, so not-problem

enough to hang-up operation, but second-suspect [R1] a 2.4-meg resistor is

perhaps not connected where it belongs on pin #2 of LM-358/(maybe pin #3)

which is a MAJOR [gotcha] that will stop 4-Hz Gate-Oscillator from working!

Need to view Step # 7-of-25 where R1 is inserted with bottom-end to pin #2~

NOT connected to LM-358 pin #3 ..??? Note: Video scene starts @ 2:25/~?

Next re-view video scene @ 2:58 where [jumper] connects to LM-358 pin #3.

Hopefully this will help spot-problem and everything will start gating @ 4-Hz?

Presuming no defective parts and already checked other board areas...got it!

BTW: Did not see any power-switch...so may have run-down your Batteries?

Let me know if you need more help, but unless LM-358 not OK...should run~

Ask if you want to add Dok's 2010 LM-334 (safe) CC $5 monitor & metering?

Also how to add CS/EIS option(s) with Trode-Swap, Stir-Motor & Auto-Stop-!

ON-CALL,

DokDallas

P.S. Back-in-April?...I started-up a new BECK Y-Group...thinking there may

be mature members here (Feed-Up with SOTA high-price/obsolete-designs),

that would be interests in Bob Becks (original-intention) Low-Cost...D*I*Y...?

I'm Old, Grouchy, Seasoned (fully-retired) MSEE...Not Fearing Hockey Stick

and looking forward to explain how Becks Bi-Phasic ION Pump/Trap Works~

which may also STIR-the-POT and demonstrate in Court why Beck used SS.

Statistics Don't LIE...but Statisticians and Salesmen (frequently) try...Lying?

Like-it-or-Not...IMO SOTA "SilverPulser"/(BE+CS) unit...Over-Priced/Rip-Off,

when for only few $...people can build (their-very-own) Better, BE/CS Units...

While Mag-Pulser not BAD...for the price, 1991 design is performance Joke~

In closing...congratulations to Mikas for his 21st Century BE unit!

Not sure if Mikas is German origin, but Beck & Dok (real name) are German,

so looks like may be left up to German Engineers...to carry on Beck Future?

If interested in producing SUPER IGBT EMPT Generator, send private e-mail,

cannot market (hardware) in USA, but have needed EM~Pulse, background~

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insulated-gate_bipolar_transistor getting cheaper!

I looked at that schematic and it looks very close to what I was following for

instructions. I have a question on the connections of pin 3 to the LM358 chip.

I appears on the referenced schematic that pin 3 is connected to 100 ohms 1/4

amp resistors to Both 27 volt Positive & Ground? Is that correct?

the 6 volt battery would work on wrist electrodes.people say it would be not enough voltage to force the current thru and go about 3x9=27 ,etc...

what should the current be and what size wrist artery electrodes?
