Guest guest
I pray that it is both not serious and easily remedied. Try not to worry. What will be, will be, and worry won't help you feel better. Consider calling the doctor back to ask what they are looking for if you think that will help you between now and Monday. You have the right to know, but we don't always remember to ask when we are suddenly told these things. Don't worry that it is the weekend; you should have been told. Guest guest
Prayer request? Hello fibromites.I have a prayer request for myself, please. A couple of weeks ago I wrote about my doctor telling me I had costochondritis. Well, it kept getting worse. When I called them Tuesday, they scheduled an x-ray for the next day. I didn't hear anything until around lunch time today. To make a long story short, my regular doctor is sick with the flu, but when one of the other doctors in the practice got my x-rays this morning, they called to tell me I needed a CT scan asap. They wanted to do it in the morning, but the earliest they could do it is this coming Monday morning at 8.30 a.m. I'm a little nervous and scared not knowing what to expect - I don't even know exactly what they are looking for, for that matter. The rush of it made me a little upset I suppose. Anyway, please keep me in your prayers that whatever it is causing me this severe pain will be clearly shown so it can be "fixed" or that they find that it's nothing at all serious. Thank you so much. Many blessings,
Guest guest
, Consider yourself in my prayers. I'm sorry that you have to suffer through all this pain, and then have to add inconsiderate doctors and hospital personnel to your troubles. I think that some time ago doctors had to start taking classes in bedside manner. I guess 50% of them are in the bottom of the class. Pam Prayer request?

Guest guest
Barbara, Pam and Dominie, Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayer. I appreciate each of you taking time to write back. I have been praying about it. I've given it to God and am NOT going to take it back...after all, He is in charge anyway. Thank you again, dear friends... in TN > > > > Hello fibromites. > > > > I have a prayer request for myself, please. Guest guest
Barbara, Heidi, Pam and all.... THANK YOU again for the prayers. I will let you know when the PET scan results are told to me. I guess it's GOOD that I didn't hear anything yesterday. Everything has been done with such urgency. God has given me peace about it all so I'm prepared for whatever will happen. Thanks to you all for being here and for Dominie having this support group. You ALL are precious and a blessing to me. Hugs and love to all, in TN > > Hello fibromites. > > I have a prayer request for myself, please. A couple of weeks ago I > wrote about my doctor telling me I had costochondritis.
