Dear Whitneay,

I did look at the ProGen II 4050 but quickly decided on the F Scan

Remote because of the following reasons:

1) The ProGen only goes up to 999,999 Hz. and cannot run any of the

important Hulda frequencies which are far above 1,000,000 Hz.

The F Scan can reach 15,000,000 which allows me to reach all of the

Hulda Frequencies and some of the major Rife frequencies such

as 11,780,000 Hz.

2) The ProGen has no scanning capability. I have found the scanning

feature of the F Scan to be very accurate.

3) The most important difference is that the ProGen is just a simple

AUDIO RANGE frequency generator. The single most important feature

that a frequency generator must have is the ability to modulate the

desired frequencies on an RF carrier. According to Rife himself,

this is the only way to get tissue penetration and to get the rich

harmonics. Only the F Scan and the GB-4000 have an RF carrier.

Without this, the instrument is useless for most Rife research

applications.

4) Lastly, the software included with the F Scan Remote allows

access to many settings and advanced programming capabilities that

are impossible with the simple ProGen LCD screen.

I have no affiliation with the F Scan website at www.fscanusa.com

This is my understanding of the differences that were important to

me.

Very best regards,

Dr. Jeng
