I have a magnetic bed pad, but would not recommend it- it was fine

for a few days, but after a while, it made me feel worse (North

facing up) I think taping magnets directly over the area affected

would be better.

A compass points to Earth's North Pole. A compass will also point to

the same polarity of a magnet. See what side the compass points to.

Be careful not to de-magnetize the compass!

NOTE: We use the Earth's North Pole as a reference to Bio-North (-).

Not everyone uses this method, so in fact the magnet you are using

that is labelled " North " might indeed be " South " . Again, we use the

compass method and so do Dr. Philpotts (google him)

Sorry, can't answer that one. Please be " real " careful if you want

to use the South Pole. I suggest reading up on permanent magnet

therapies. Dr. Philpotts, etc.
