Hi Ed - is taking a break this weekend (company coming), so I

will try to answer with my limited knowledge of message boards. I

think when you signed up for a group, you were able to select whether

to receive the posts as emails, or get a daily digest, or receive no

emails and just check the posts online. This is the option I have

chosen. So I would say to go back to your account and make the change

for another option. Wish I could say exactly how to do this, but maybe

it isn't too hard. - Dominie
