Guest guest
i think you'll find that if you continue to remain immobile, then your condition will only become worse (weight gain, weaker muscles, bad mindset). find some kind of minimal activity you can do to keep your muscles working and try to get your heart rate up a little bit. even going out for a brisk walk will help. take a hot bath afterwards and stretch the muscles some while in the bath. i have pain and lethargy from time to time as well but i find if i dont exercise i feel worse (mentally) but once the workout is done, i feel 100 times better. for the record, i ride a bicycle and do some weight training. i also do some hiking in mountainous areas when i take a vacation. hope this helps ~ james From: bshuttlesworthjr <bshuttlesworthjr@...> Subject: exhaustion Date: Monday, January 11, 2010, 5:21 AM Â does anyone else have severe SEVERE chronic pain and chronic fatigue? also ringing in the ears. I find myself laying in bed and sitting on the couch. I have deduced that mentally I do this because I know if I am active I will end up in pain after being active so I remain immobile.
