Guest guest
Just wanted to remind people about taking the larger doses of Tylenol. Over dosage can cause liver damage. I take Vicodin on a regular basis. My doctor reminded me that we all have to be careful about liver damage and we should have regular liver check ups. Many people don't know that Vicodin has tylenol in it and I was taking other medications, like tylenol with the vicodin. I've since changed my habits....and take ultram, motrin, etc. instead. I know you know about it, Fa. Dave, but some might not know about this problem. I don't know the exact dosage that can cause problems....but I'm sure it is on the net somewhere or they can ask their doctor. Most of the other NSAID, taken regularly over 10 year period, should be aware of kidney damage. That happen to me, too. I was told by one doctor to not take anymore NSAID, but I can't live a halfway normal life without them. I just get regular blood tests to see what my kidneys are doing. Best regards, Connie
